Out on Sunday for a long ride, bumping into Archie and Sandra on their touring bikes near Feshie bridge. I went up Glen Feshie and then up over the climb. The track that used to be a dreadful mudfest has been completely and substantially rebuilt as far as the start of the single track. Hope they're not going to start clear felling up there.
Up in Inverness today bumped into Bill Tring in Morrison's. We haven't seen him for a couple of years now, but he's still biking. Mostly on road bikes with a regular bunch of pals he said. He seemed on good form but not doing so much mountain biking any more.
Dorothy tells me Strathpuffer is on the box Monday night at 7pm BBC2.
