Progress report

I got the all clear from the consultants yesterday and am allowed to use the bike again. So I was out today on the Loch Morlich circuit, feeling OK and managing fine. I will be getting the miles in on easy trails over the next few weeks and by September should be able to tackle the rough stuff again.

      Good to hear that you will be back on two wheels soon, given the weather recently you might be better looking for
      something to paddle in.
